fsIOIsDone

The fsIOIsDone function is used to check whether all read/write operations on a file are finished.

);

Parameters	Description
`file`	This is the ID of a file, as returned by one of the open functions.

The function returns True if the file is not involved in any read/write operations, False otherwise.
