fsIOIsOpen

The fsIOIsOpen function is used to check and see if a referenced file is currently open or not.

bool fsIOIsOpen(
    FsIOFile file
);

Parameters	Description
`file`	This is the ID of a file, as returned by one of the open functions.

The function returns True if the file is open, False otherwise.
